Raja Rammohan Roy Library Foundation: Catalyst for the Advancement of Government Public Libraries in Gujarat

Abstract

This study assesses the impact of the Raja Rammohan Roy Library Foundation (RRRLF) on government public libraries in Gujarat. Through a mixed-methods approach, qualitative and quantitative data are analyzed to gauge RRRLF's initiatives' effectiveness. Key findings reveal enhancements in infrastructure, staff training, and resource accessibility. The report also addresses ongoing challenges faced by government libraries in Gujarat. Specific RRRLF initiatives in Gujarat are outlined, emphasizing their role in overcoming obstacles and fostering library growth. Tangible impacts of these initiatives are assessed, demonstrating advancements in government libraries.
